Congratulations to my Star Diamond Coaches who qualified for the Leadership Retreat in CA this week!! All built their fitness businesses on my Team Hardcore while working their Fulltime jobs, & most are moms too 🙂

Some have resigned from their fulltime jobs & some have chosen not too. The cool thing is you have the financial freedom to make that choice.

The scale is only ONE indicator & often a VERY inaccurate one if you’re building muscle, which you should be doing if you want to be lean & sculpted.

Don’t let the scale derail your thoughts & efforts. You may gain water weight (muscles’ initial defense mechanism) & muscle weight. Ignore it & keep dialing into your workouts & your nutrition.

Don’t wait to lose weight before you start strength training; the more muscle you have, the more fat & calories you burn all day/all night

Work for It

Work for ItWith regard to your future, do you feel trapped/stuck or do you feel charged and excited?

The imaginary voice in your head that says, “That lifestyle isn’t possible for you” is a liar.

Food Sensitivity

Food SensitivityDo you have gluten or dairy sensitivity? I think I do.  My abs to get distended as they are here even though I’m sucking in REALLY hard. Some days, like here, I can’t even suck in.

I’m guessing it’s dairy or Gluten that’s causing this, even though I’ve been better about avoiding dairy and gluten a lot. It does seem to be helping. But I’m not that girl with amazing “morning abs.”

If you’re not that girl either, let’s be thankful for what we DO have and who we ARE -don’t define who you are as a person by your current fitness level. We’re all different and are at different stages of this journey. Let’s just keep aiming to improve our character and healthy habits no matter what!

Stress Relief

Stress ReliefEver feel too tired to workout?

Sometimes it’s stress exhausting you. Sometimes it’s NOT that your body needs to rest – sometimes you just need to release the stress, and working out is one of the best ways to release stress.

Only YOU know what’s best for you… I just know in my days at a desk job, I often misinterpreted stress and muscle tension as needing to take a rest day when in reality, my job was sedentary and I NEEDED to move to release that.

What was your workout today? If you didn’t workout, you DO know there’s still time, right?

Yes, I workout on a Saturday night if that works best given family time.
