Steps to take

1.  INVITE.INVITE.INVITE

  • Find out if they’re interested.
  • Post about it w/an inspiring picture; before & afters are best!
  • Personally message/email people who’ve talked about wanting to lose weight, get fitter/healthier/stronger, etc.
  • Email your customer database; your subject line is CRITICAL

Tips:
Don’t overwhelm them with too much information
Don’t send details of the challenge yet! See #2. Knowing someone’s goals & how you can help them is the priority.

2. Ask questions . . .

  • What are their goals?
  • If they reply to your invitation or if they reach out to you first.”Awesome! I”m excited you’re considering the Challenge. Even if this challenge isn’t for you, I want to be able to help you. So what are your goals.. weight loss, adding muscle, eating better…??”

Tips:
Slow down;ask questions to understand their REAL motivation.
The deeper their motivation, the stronger their commitment.

3. Given their reply in #2, recommend what program(s)/products would work best!

  • If they want more information or have an objection.
  • “I have no doubt this challenge group will help you [repeat their needs and wants from step 2].
  • Let’s look at some other options.. what do you feel is your biggest struggle..fitness or nutrition?”

Tips:
Give options with empathy toward their situation and needs.
Ask more questions to make sure what you’re recommending is in line with what they WANT.
Make a recommendation that makes sense, whether it involves a sale or not.. credibility, honesty and trust is key!

4. SHARE COMMITMENTS & EXPECTATIONS.

  • After they watch the video and still show interest in your challenge group.
  • “I’m glad you’re serious about [repeat their needs and wants from step 2].
  • I have no doubt this challenge group will give you the absolute BEST results. We all work together and help each other throughout the entire program.
  • Here are the commitments:
    • Purchase a challenge pack OR product by [date]
    • Start the (30/60/90) day challenge group on [date]
    • Work out at home and drink shakeology daily
    • Interact daily in a private Facebook group page
    • Share your goals
    • Receive daily personal coaching from me and support from other challenge group members to help achieve your goals.
  • I think you’ll LOVE what comes of this! Sound like a plan!?

Tips:
Be clear and direct.
You want them to succeed, so set the expectations.

5.  HELP THEM WITH NEXT STEPS.

  • Offer the best customer service.
  • Give them your retail site BeachbodyCoach.com/YourScreenName.
  • Instruct them to go to Shop>Fitness Programs>Challenge Packs.
  •  FYI, you cannot view the challenge packs yourself unless you “sign out” of teambeachbody.com.

Tips:
Use the coach mobile app if you’re enrolling them in person
Ask them to message you once the order is placed so that you can make sure it went through OK and secure their spot in the group!
