Getting Started Right Call Script

1) Hey ___! Is this still a good time to talk? You will need to be able to take notes…is that okay?

This is the “getting started right” call and I just want to give you some basics and an overall picture for now.. You’ll be able to join my next 30-day New Coach training, but for now I’ll give you an overall picture of how to approach this, what you can do with this and I’ll send you 2 starter trainings after this call. Your first month is just about getting your feet wet.

2)First let’s start with YOU…” (Discuss the things they mentioned in their “about me” form; their strengths, why you think they’ll be great, why they don’t need to worry about those fears they mentioned, how they can make this fit into their life, etc.

3) “Next..I want to give you a feel for what this opportunity can do physically and financially.” This is where it’s KEY that you be collecting stories you hear from our own team members and coaches you hear speak on the National Conference call and on the PP conference calls–sharing others’ stories of success and their names is what helps your new coach relate to what can be done with this.

Here are the names and the stories I often talk about..and these are all coaches on OUR team, but it depends on your coach and whose story he/she can relate to. He/She should find and observe these leaders on Facebook or Instagram, or Youtube :
Mindy Wender: Was an Office Manager making $10/hour to now making $20K+ per week after just 4 years of doing this..she’s not even 30yrs old yet and lives in a SMALL town, no fitness background, no BB transformation story but FULLY engages in training, learning, applying, believes in the business, believes in the products/programs and uses them DAILY, has built a following online and applies what she learns very well. That’s just one example. 🙂

Tell them you realize this seems far-fetched, but they all started out from square one and just kept at it while working full time jobs.

4) “I also want to make sure you understand what drives this business FINANCIALLY (to a 6-figure income potential within a 2-3 years if you work it as a high priority in your life and you’re consistent). It’s not sales that is the financial driver, it’s team bonus. While it’s nice to make a sale because you’re getting paid WHILE you’re giving someone the opportunity to get the fittest they’ve ever been, and that IS where your first checks will come from–it’s the Team Bonus over time that makes this business so lucrative–but it’s only lucrative if you continually build a team and MENTOR a team. You don’t make money from just enrolling people on your team, but your team bonus awarded to you by Beachbody DOES become very lucrative over time if you continually train your team to success. Your team just needs to duplicate what YOU have been taught and they teach their coaches to do the same.”

“So after we hang up, I’ll email you the “Core activities” for you to listen to on your own time. These are the things my upline Jenelle has put together that represent ALL the things you should be doing if you want to build a successful business in 2-3 years. So if you’re serious about making this a success, this recording of the core activities, from the JenelleSummers.com site, is critical. She even breaks down the core activities into a daily to-do list. I’ll also email you a VERY important Facebook training.”

The login username for her training site is teamhardcore and the password is fitness.

5) “Now let’s set up your follow up call for 1-2 weeks from now to go over running a Fitness challenge and Success Club: What it is, how to earn it, how to get customers assigned to you and even Shakeology Home Direct customers. What days/times work for you?”

After you pick a date and time, close the call with: “So, I think that’s everything for now and of course you can email or text me, but any questions for now?”

Once you’re done with answering questions of they have any, reassure them that you believe in them and congratulate them on their new business! This call takes 30-60 minutes.
