This was lunch today!! Last day of the UR & feeling great!

As you can see, I don’t follow the exact recipes-of-the-day but I eat within it according to time & fresh stuff I have on hand. Chocolate Mint vegan shakeo saves me!

This is TOTALLY do-able for me even given my big appetite & dislike of meal plans, & I’m not Hangry in the least
