When I’m super crunched for time, I either do a second Shakeology for the day OR throw the following in a bowl & no chopping/prepping is necessary:

Spring Mix 🍃
Pre hard boiled eggs🐓
Light Tuna 🐟
Grape tomatoes 🍅

Berry Daily salad challengeMy salad today as part of the DailySaladChallenge myself & others are doing for May

For the dressing, I just mashed some raspberries, with water, a little evoo, & stevia (I’m not one that knows all these crazy but yummy dressing recipes; if it takes more than a few minutes & ingredients, I’m out). I’m sure you can see what’s in this but in case not, it’s Spring mix, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, pine nuts & reduced fat feta (because I love feta!)

Just be sure to skip the heavy, high fat & high sugar, high sodium dressings and the candy coated nuts, croutons, etc

I always feel my best when I’m eating a BIG salad daily (& my Shakeology too of course) & I hope it makes you feel your best too
