Pizza 3 Ways

Raise your hand if you love pizza, all kinds of pizza and if sharing is caring, you don’t care🙋🏼‍♀️⁣

You don’t have to give up pizza and still see results!⁣

Here are 3 ways:⁣
1. Ezekiel wrap as shown here (10-12 Min at 450°)⁣
2. Cut da Carb wrap as the crust (instructions are on their packaging)⁣
3. Pizza Chiquitas using Siete Foods wraps which are grain free and also lower in carbs than most (recipe on their site)⁣

I would’ve normally had spinach🍃, veggies, maybe even avocado on here, we just didn’t have groceries but I made it work! I ate 2 btw✌🏼! Not that YOU need to, but just keepin it full disclosure 💯

 

Ezekiel Wrap Pizza

THIS WAS STRAIGHT MONEY! In less than 10 minutes! I’ve heard you want to see more food (btw, I show more food in IG stories)!

Here’s what this is:

🍕 Preheat oven to 450°
🍕 Spray a cookie baking sheet/pan
🍕 Place an Ezekiel wrap on it & bake 3-4 minutes
🍕 Add your toppings! I added pizza sauce, arugula 🌿, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes🍅, & black olives😍

If you’re adding cheese or toppings that need to be melted, place it back in the oven for a couple minutes.

I put it in the oven on convection mode 400 degrees for about 5-10 minutes just to melt the cheese & make the Ezekiel wrap a little less soft.

I get Ezekiel wraps from the freezer section from most grocery stores. I put the tomatoes, avocado & other toppings on AFTER it’s out of the oven.

Of course top it with WHATEVER healthy topping you & your family like but this is 1 serving for me!

Pizza is pretty much my favorite food! 🍕🍕

PIZZA for dinner??

This was SO good & filling.. OMG.

It was a wrap with Organic Valley part-skim shredded Mozzarella, tomatoes, turkey jerky sticks sliced up & pretending to be pepperoni 👌, 1/8 avocado, low sodium turkey lunch meat, & a dollop of hummus.

I put it in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes BEFORE adding avocado & hummus.

Less than 400 calories, low carb & sugar, healthy fat, & high protein!🎯

Yum or Yuck?

Yum or Yuck1/4 Avocado, 2 hardboiled eggs, red sweet peppers, & ~ 2.5T hummus on top of a baked Ezekiel wrap w/a sprinkle of RF Feta 👌

It’s ~450 calories & I ate the whole thing as 1 of my small meals but whether you should or not depends on YOUR goals & nutritional needs given your age, activity level, height, weight, the amount of muscle you have, etc.

Hubby loved it too! No, my pre-teen son wasn’t excited by this but it’s easy to make different healthy versions👍

Small Quick Meal

So this was one of my quick, small meals earlier today .. Ezekiel wrap (found in your grocery store freezer section), low sodium tuna (made with red onion, nonfat plain Greek yogurt), slivered almonds, greens & grape tomatoes !🍅

Ezekiel Wrap with Tuna

Ezekiel wrap (usually in your grocery store freezer section and they’re EASY to miss!!), this time with low sodium tuna (we were out of extra lean ground turkey burgers to crumble up) with a little light mayo & red onion, slivered almonds for extra crunch, cherry tomatoes, and all on romain lettuce. If you know me, you know I’m NOT a cook.. the stuff i make is FAST and EASY!! Matt is actually the cook 🙂 So, i hope this gives you ideas or inspiration or maybe even just stops someone from going thru a drive-thru 😉 #highprotein
