Chocolate Vegan Shakeology is my new favorite!!

If I’m using post-workout, like after a strength training workout, I do 1.5 scoops for added muscle-building protein! I have used Shakeology for 3 years, since it came out, and it’s what has gotten me leaner and made it easy for me to MAINTAIN it.
