Did you know you can test the ripeness of an avocado if that little green stem part comes off easily & it’s green underneath?

Well this one has already lost that part & it’s GRAY there = rotting

Apparently lemon or lime juice on guacamole will keep it from browning for 1 extra day.

And if an avocado just has a few brown spots, I’ve read it’s ok to cut that out & eat the rest (yay, cuz that’s what I do!)
