No weights needed:

  • Hanging Tricep Dips
  • Tricep Push-ups
  • Traditional Tricep Dips

Do each exercise 3-4 sets and 8-20 reps each set (until you absolutely cannot do another with good form). Add tricep pushups on your knees or on your feet as well!
