This is a compilation of healthy foods and meals I have prepared over the years.

Most of what you find in this ebook can be made in 5-10 minutes as long as you cook/grill some lean meats a couple times a week to put into salads, sandwiches, and wraps.

I have no patience for cooking. When I’m hungry, I want food NOW. If it’s not ready in 5-10 minutes, I may start snacking unnecessarily, or grazing, or worse…splurging on something I know I’ll regret later.
