BCAAs = Branched Chain Amino Acids. From every study I’ve read on PubMed, they’re essential if you’re serious about leveraging your strength training workouts. BUT.. it’s SO hard to find a BCAA product that has decently clean ingredients & actually tastes good! Most either have food dyes & artificial sweeteners, OR they taste horrible.
