When was the last time you went roller skating?!
At the cottage for our annual summer family vaca & just went roller skating. All 17 of us! Even my Dad who has an amputated leg did it, & did great!! #noexcuses! I think @chalenejohnson got some pics of the fun so check her account later.
What progress did you celebrate today?
I’m feeling so grateful tonight! I wouldn’t be where I am in so many ways if it weren’t for taking a leap of faith into coaching.

I forgot to bring my vest to visit my parents.
We had such a great time though, with the exception of my brothers bad fall (he’s OK.. See personal fb page).

There are those clothes you buy that you never wear, but let me tell ya…this here super lightweight sheer top from Lululemon is my new fav!! I have gotten SO much use out of it already! I highly recommend it if you’re in need of a workout cover-up for summer.
