Have you tried this?? One of my favorite snacks! A Honey Crisp apple in nonfat plain Greek yogurt with Stevia and cinnamon to sweeten the yogurt! Don’t be jealous! 😉

Turkey Salad with Raspberries

You like?? Sorry if this is too late for lunch inspiration but it’s just too pretty not to post!  It’s extra lean ground turkey burger (made earlier, no special recipe) crumbled with raspberries, slivered almonds & RF feta with an all natural & low in sodium & sugar Balsamic Vin Dressing .. No cutting necessary. 5min’s to throw it all on a plate if you’re short on time 🙂

Mahi Mahi with salad and sweet potatoes

Dinner Inspiration?? Too late probably for East Coasters..sorry 🙁 Oh, and please excuse the TEENY TINY-NESS of the Mahi Mahi.. we only had ONE filet left and I of course split it with my husband 🙂 But this is Mahi Mahi with salad and sweet potatoes (as if you couldn’t tell). And we’re out of Feta ( .. and I’m dying! )

 

 

 

 

Shakeology Bars/Shakeology Bites/Shakeology Balls/No-Bake Cookies

Just made these protein no bake bars ! First time with Vegan Shakeology!! Just as good! I just sprinkled a little PB2 on top for presentation 😉 The recipe is soo simple or BELIEVE ME I wouldn’t do it!!  I just flattened the mixture with some wax paper & rolling pin 😉 ENJOY

 

These ROCK!! Perfect for a little healthy dessert or a quick pre-workout snack!

Ingredient List:

1 cup Quick Oats (or 2.5pckgs instant oatmeal. Lower Sugar Maple Brown Sugar is awesome)

1 cup Chocolate PB2 powder (www.BellPlantation.com)

1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1 Scoop or package of Chocolate Shakeology (Order from your coach. Or www.TurboSister.com)

6 packets Stevia or Truvia (or use agave or honey to sweeten)

If too crumbly, add more apple sauce.

The following are estimates because nutrition depends on the size & the exact ingredients you use:

~80 calories per ball

~7-8g protein

Makes ~18-20 balls

Wash hands & remove jewelry. Mix all ingredients into large bowl. Spoon out a golf-ball size amount and shape into balls or whatever shape you like. Put into freezer (best when they’ve been in freezer for about 2hrs). Ready to eat straight from the freezer (may take 1-2 minutes to thaw enough to eat).

Ezekiel Wrap with Turkey

I spoon on the avocado, plain Greek yogurt (tastes like sour cream) & feta so that its not so heavy & breaks the wrap. This was good but it needed a kick! Maybe salsa instead of the Greek yogurt? This was high protein (at least 30g), & ~400 calories for those wondering 😉

RF Feta

Ezekiel Wrap with Tuna

Ezekiel wrap (usually in your grocery store freezer section and they’re EASY to miss!!), this time with low sodium tuna (we were out of extra lean ground turkey burgers to crumble up) with a little light mayo & red onion, slivered almonds for extra crunch, cherry tomatoes, and all on romain lettuce. If you know me, you know I’m NOT a cook.. the stuff i make is FAST and EASY!! Matt is actually the cook 🙂 So, i hope this gives you ideas or inspiration or maybe even just stops someone from going thru a drive-thru 😉 #highprotein

Ingredient List:

Ezekiel Wrap

Low Sodium Tuna

Light Mayonaise

Red Onion

Slivered Almonds

Cherry Tomatoes

Chocolate Vegan Shakeology is my new favorite!!
