Take out chopped salad from Subway with egg whites as the protein.


Don’t judge .. I know subway’s veggies aren’t organic but Subway is 2 seconds from our house & until our temporary kitchen is set up during this construction, things like this will get me & the family thru!


It would’ve been easy to just order a sub with cheese, high sodium meat & fluffy white bread .. but I’m glad I refrained There will be times I splurge (like probably tonight) but limiting splurges to times that are actually worth it, is key

I took my friend Jen Delvaux’s advice & put my “Just Great Stuff” on *top* of my shake! Makes for a chocolate Reese’s PB Cup cake batter at the end of your shake .

Get your spoons ready! I put a tablespoon IN it & a Tablespoon ON it

As the protein bar connoisseur that I am I thought I would let you know this Fit Joy Frosted Cinnamon Roll from GNC is pretty good The Quest bars (the Double Chocolate Chunk because it’s sweetened with stevia) are still my go-to though!

For me when it’s a late workout (see last video post) & late dinner, I just do my vegan chocolate mint shakeology. High in muscle-building protein, low glycemic & shakeology is made up of 3-4 servings of fruits and veggies

Not a full meal but I’ve been on a weird eating schedule today so I was hungry & when hungryI eat.

This is a veggie burger.  Sweet Earth Teriyaki is my norm but this was a Morning Star veggie burger & it was actually delish! Topped with hummus, avocado dressing by Tessemaes & some shredded cheese
