Some of you were asking me about these leggings .. the brand is Zella. One of the Christmas gifts from Mom & Dad!

And my son bought me these awesome Nike Metcons DSX Flyknit2 for Christmas ! I didn’t even know they existed -couldn’t have picked a better pair myself! So thoughtful & so generous!!

Nike Air Prestos

How can these Nikes NOT be for working out?? They’re Nike Air Prestos & that’s what I heard! So I just lift in them .

Anyway, here’s what you’ll need- at a minimum- for the new program that released today!! The focus of these 80 different workouts is ABS, BOOTY and fat burning! But can I just add, your nutrition is ALWAYS key with any program.

Socks … show … or no-show… ??

Socks … show … or no-show… ??

I’m REALLY NOT picky about certain things but for some reason SUPER DUPER picky about no-show socks. I don’t like them to show.. AT ALL.. I’m pretty sure that’s why “no show” was created. But all the socks labeled “no show” DO show on me, or they fall down.

The pair on the left is a “boys no-show” that Target used to sell & I bought them for my son & discovered they were PERFECT for ME..but they discontinued them years ago. I still have a few & I treat them like expensive jewelry

One time Chalene & Bret’s dog ate one & then threw it up. They threw the sock away & I was like “oh no no noit’s fine!”

I’ve tried the Lululemon socks that have sticky on them ..didn’t stick for me.

Chalene once found a pair & sent them to me, but I can’t find them ..I’m sure they’re hanging out with all my hair ties & phone chargers somewhere

I did a running & Abs interval, then lifted –bi’s & tri’s 💪🏼

Love my new strappy tank I bought this morning to support the 555fitness organization/charity! They’re just $25 & fit just like my Lululemon that’s probably twice as much☺️. And with these sport bras, a good backless T is always in order ☝🏼🎯😊.
