Agreed?! Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about fuel, eating right, eating ENOUGH & never missing a meal.

But I have to steer clear of finding COMFORT in food & thought maybe this is a good reminder for others in case I’m not the only one.

This is whyI say “no thanks” to a LOT of things and opportunities and often get behind on emails and replying to comments, because I don’t want to miss priceless moments!

Really though, it’s SO easy to just keep doing the same things every day, day after day; it feels so safe! I’ve been there!

But you’re missing out on so much if you don’t try new things, meet new people, set new goals!

 

 

The only limit to your fitness…

The only limit to your fitness...is your drive and your discipline.

Would you agree?

It’s not your genetics. It’s not your age. It’s not your injury. It’s not your time, your budget or your situation.

You’re only limited if you lack the desire & discipline in your eating & your workouts.

And both are 100% in your control.

TIPS to Shake Things Up:

  • Do a new program! Hybrid, crosstrain! Add HIITs 2-3x/wk!
  • Up your weights, reps, sets, new lifting exercises!
  • Switch up your routine
  • Eat more greens & salads
  • Prep your food & snacks
  • Drink Shakeology
  • Avoid the processed & frozen foods *pretending* to be healthy
  • Hide the foods/ snacks/ drinks you KNOW hinder your results & you KNOW you over-do.
  • Check your portions & calories for your size, age, goals, etc. Are you eating/grazing more than you realize? Are you not eating ENOUGH? Are you getting enough water & protein? Do you know how much sugar/saturated fat/sodium is in some of your “staple” foods?
    Check labels for SUGAR like a boss! Too much of anything, even if it’s sugar from healthy foods, will be converted & stored as excess fat. Just don’t resort to “sugar free” chemical processed crap as a substitute, instead choose foods naturally low in sugar & naturally low in saturated fats as much as possible.
