Sped up or Real Time Speed?

sped up or real time speedDo you like SPED UP videos where I can fit 3-4 exercises in, or REAL time speed like this, ..or a variety of both?

Today was a running and back day. I did 3 sets of these rows with 45# dumbbells, among other things like cablerows and lat PullDowns then a 30min run followed by my stretch & shake.
