Would u eat this?!

Breakfast for lunch. I eat a version of this almost daily (for 1 of my 4-5 meals). This omelet has 5 servings of egg whites (120 calories & 25g protein) + 1 full egg 🍳+ baby spinach🍃+ sliced sweet peppers😋+ salsa + avocado👌. In total, it’s about 300’ish calories, high protein, low glycemic index (low sugar), & filling! 🙌

When I’m super crunched for time, I either do a second Shakeology for the day OR throw the following in a bowl & no chopping/prepping is necessary:

Spring Mix 🍃
Pre hard boiled eggs🐓
Light Tuna 🐟
Grape tomatoes 🍅

mint chocolate chunk quest barsOk.. My new Mint Chocolate Chunk Quest bars just arrived & I of course TORE into them!! They’re great!!

But, honestly, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are still my fav!

Yes, I know these 2 flavors are not in the “clean” category of Quest bars due to sucralose.

If you eat 100% clean & have no “treats”, awesome.. You are more disciplined than me. These are my treat!

Daily Salad Challenge in a Wrap

Btw, this has Spring Mix, avocado, salsa, turkey burger, sweet peppers, and I dipped it in nonfat-plain Greek yogurt (pretending to be Sour Cream )

For the dressing, I just mashed some raspberries, with water, a little evoo, & stevia (I’m not one that knows all these crazy but yummy dressing recipes; if it takes more than a few minutes & ingredients, I’m out). I’m sure you can see what’s in this but in case not, it’s Spring mix, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, pine nuts & reduced fat feta (because I love feta!)

Preferred Restaurant Appetizer: This or Chips??

True foodsWe went to dinner at “True Foods” with Chalene & Bret and this was our appetizer.. All kinds of fresh, organic veggies w/hummus & bean dip! Years ago, I wouldn’t have been excited.. But adopting healthy eating preferences is a process.
All the food was ON POINT it’s my new fav restaurant here when we visit I hear True Foods has opened up new locations across the U.S– get to one if you can!!

Stuffed Hard boiled Eggs

This was my lil awesome snack! Hard boiled egg, remove the yolk & fill with Chunky Guacamole made by Earl’s (got it from Whole Foods ) then top with the yolk you removed & if you prefer, some Pink Himalayan Salt & pepper. Approx. 200 calories & nutrient-packed!

Grilled Chicken Nachos

We bought these sprouted quinoa & sprouted chia, Sweet Potato Chips at ‪#‎WholeFoods‬ (made by “Simply Sprouted Way Better Snacks”) and made Grilled Chicken Nachos with them!!

1 serving of chips, Grilled Chicken, Horizon organic cheddar cheese, tomatoes, 1/4 avocado and a dollop of non-fat plain Greek Yogurt pretending to be sour cream
