Easy Lunch

easy_lunchWe all want quick, healthy & easy, right??

I had lunch before at 10:45am over here!💁🏼 If I’m hungry, and it’s not just a dumb craving🙄, I eat!! Otherwise I’ll snack uncontrollably!

This was 2 slices of Applegate Farms turkey, 1/4 mashed avocado, tomato, lettuce & mustard on toasted Ezekiel English Muffin (found in your grocery store freezer section).

From the ‪#‎hammerandchisel‬ meal plan this was 2 yellows, 1/4 red, and 1 blue. Mustard is a freebie (yay!) I don’t count the 2 little lettuce leaves & the slice of tomato.. That’s just gettin silly in my opinion.

Hammers Power Lifting

hammers_power_lifting_Cleans, squat cleans & split jerks! I love anything that challenges me athletically. I have a lot of muscle endurance so anything requiring power & fast twitch muscle fibers, is really challenging to me!

CLEARLY I’m not a power lifter & not the one to watch for form tho, k?!There are a slew of powerlifters on IG that show how it’s done in slo-mo

Btw, the “hammer’s” power lifting workout can be done with a weighted barbell like this IF a trained professional has taught u proper technique in person & you’re confident your form is safe ..OR with traditional Dumbbells (as Sagi Kalev demonstrates on the video).

Day 2 of Hammer and Chisel

Day_2_hammer_and_chisel_And yes, I do strict pull-ups too! I do strict for strength & kipping pull-ups for cardio (they’re hard too, just totally different move all-together). 👍😁

This was part of the Day 2 workout of Hammer & Chisel I did on Monday! And yes, you can modify with NO pull-up bar or bench 👍
