For Mountain Climmbers, right + left = 1.
For side to side squat jumps, right+ left =1.
For Pendulum Lunges front + back = 1, do 10, then switch lead)

Kinda boring video ..I know.. but I wanted to show how these SLOW, controlled hamstring curls can be so effective if you really concentrate on isolating the muscle. I do 4 sets of 16 + 3-4 sets of ‪‎Romanian Deadlifts + 3-4 sets weighted hamstring curls.

My hamstrings are weak because I ignored them for YEARS plus I had a hamstring pull 2 yrs ago, so now it’s time to get to werrrrk!
