I had the awesome pleasure of rewarding my Diamond and  Star Diamond Coaches last night with Sushi, shopping for new kicks and workout wear and a super fun team workout this morning at Black Swamp Crossfit.

They are all INCREDIBLE people!! I just wish they all lived closer…they’re like family! But so many others are on the other side of the country or Canada and couldn’t make it. Thank You technology for at least keeping us connected!
