You’re Not The Only One

  • …tempted to splurge at night;
  • …wondering why you seem heavier even though you’ve been on track;

Even the fittest people I know, struggle with all these things too. They have ups and downs too. They just choose to learn from their mistakes, appreciate what they DO have and CAN DO, and they continually pick themselves up to move forward stronger and smarter than before.
