Something is Better than Nothing

Didn’t get to finish my workout today.. only fit in 25 minutes BUT that doesn’t bother me. I don’t think it should bother YOU to shorten a workout if you have to either.

Something is better than nothing to keep your head in the game!

I personally think too many people don’t do a workout or finish a program because they get an all or nothing mentality.

How about we do our best and do better next time
