I've come to learn some people don't start in business (or other new venture) because they don't want to be seen as a beginner.
They're used to being comfortable or advanced/successful in what they do.
Learning something new is always awkward at first & the fear of what others will think while watching the early stumbles, is paralyzing for many.
The ONLY way I know to break free from that is to decide your purpose is bigger than your fear of judgement.
I've learned I'm happiest when I feel good about my relationships, my lifestyle, and my accomplishments and those accomplishments don't happen without pushing thru slip-ups, unexpected obstacles, and making some sacrifices that others probably are NOT willing to make.
You have to decide what's MOST important for YOU to focus on.
Let's be real with ourselves, make a commitment and follow thru on it so you can be at YOUR personal best.

We have to stop kidding ourselves with excuses. If you can work DAILY on conquering your natural temptations, changing your negative beliefs & self talk, you'll achieve more than you ever dreamed possible.
But most importantly, I think you'll find who you were meant to be, who you were meant to inspire & how you were meant to live.
Don't get stuck just surviving each day with work, eat, sleep, repeat.
It doesn't have to be that way.
Change is HARD.
Taking a leap of faith is HARD.
Taking what seems like 10 steps back in order to take a step forward is HARD!
The average person won't take those chances, they won't make the sacrifices and they'll remain unsatisfied in a comfort zone.

This is a compilation of healthy foods and meals I have prepared over the years.
Most of what you find in this ebook can be made in 5-10 minutes as long as you cook/grill some lean meats a couple times a week to put into salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
I have no patience for cooking. When I’m hungry, I want food NOW. If it’s not ready in 5-10 minutes, I may start snacking unnecessarily, or grazing, or worse...splurging on something I know I’ll regret later.
